An item I'm looking at says sold out. When do you get more?

All E9 clothing items are manufactured on a bi-annual basis, depending on the season. Once a specific item sells out we will not receive more until the next season goes into production. For season specific items that means up to one year, in other cases it would be a maximum of 6 months.

 

A color I'm looking at says unavailable. What does that mean?

If an option comes up as unavailable that means we do not have that color in stock for the size requested. 

 

Do you sell gift cards?

How do you ship?

All of our packages ship USPS priority mail. In certain cases we will require a signature on delivery.

 

My tracking info doesn't work.

If you ordered you item less than 24hrs ago it takes the USPS system 24-48hrs to provide up-to-date tracking information. Please check back the following business day.

 

Do you ship outside the US or Canada?

Sorry, we only ship within the US. For other countries, please visit the e9planet.com and browse the resellers section.
